Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
No. The app works without an account or sign-in, and your trips, bankroll entries, training progress and settings are stored only on your device.
Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free to download and use. Optional supporter tiers are available as in-app purchases if you'd like to support development.
Will I lose my data if I delete the app?
Because your data is stored locally, uninstalling the app removes it from your device. We don't keep a copy on our servers.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email contact@advantageplayanalytics.com with your iOS version, the app version (shown in the App Store listing), what you were doing, and a screenshot if possible.
Can I request a feature?
Please do. Many recent additions, including deviation training and daily drills, came from player suggestions. Send ideas to the same email address.
Which counting system does the app use?
The app teaches the Hi-Lo system. New to it? Start with our Hi-Lo guide.
What devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 16.6 or later.
Is there an Android version?
Android is coming soon. Email us if you'd like to hear when it's ready.
Does the app involve real-money gambling?
No. It's a training and analysis tool. Simulated chips and hands are for practice only. The app is intended for adults 18+.
